Hello! I am Chef Vanessa Lopes, graduated in gastronomy from Senac Campos do Jordão and pastry chef for over 20 years.

The most important thing you'd probably want to know from me is: I've been in your shoes!

I started working in confectionery right after I got married, because I was always very successful in creating sweets in my family. This gave me initial encouragement to get started. But, as you can imagine, not everything was easy.

I spent several nights studying the best ways to make my sweets, solving problems and trying to get more sales… the beginning is always very difficult.

For a large structure to be built, it needs to have a strong foundation! Time passed and I learned how to create sweets that were always recommended by customers, with different budgets I was always able to compete and beat my competitors... things got better.

I sold desserts to large companies such as Natura, General Motors, Mercedes-Benz, Bradesco and many others.

I have already exported meringues to be resold in the USA and developed exclusive and validated methods to meet these demands.

Today, thanks to God and my efforts, I have a solid company that generates good financial results.

Building all of this would have been easier if I had someone experienced by my side at the beginning, and I would love to be that person for you now. I guarantee that I will do my best to avoid making mistakes and guarantee many successes on your journey!
